Who is Eligible for CSBG Services?

Eligibility for Services: In Missouri CSBG funded services are available at Community Action Agencies. Community Action Agencies assist communities, individuals and households with incomes that fall at or below the official federal Health and Human Services poverty guidelines. In addition, when the board of directors of a Community Action Agency determines that it is appropriate they may increase the guideline so that CSBG projects can serve individuals whose family unit income does not exceed 125% of the official poverty guideline. In 2002, the 125% income guideline for a family of four is $22,625.
